Uproar over rape suspect teacher

RESIDENTS at Otjinene are up in arms over a school teacher being allowed to continue teaching after he was recently arrested in connection with the alleged rape of a young girl.

On June 7, 27-year old Mulimwa Bruno Simana appeared before Magistrate Helen Boluwade in the Gobabis Magistrate’s Court.
