RUNDU – The Social Marketing Association (SMA) last week opened two New Start Centres for Voluntary Counselling and Testing (VTC) on HIV-AIDS, in the Andara and Nyangana Health Districts of the Kavango Region.
Speaking at the official opening of the Nyangana Centre, the Gciriku Tribal Chief, Kassian Shiyambi, challenged elderly people in his area to take the lead in voluntarily taking HIV-AIDS tests. – Nampa- Nampa
