Two held over birth certificate scam

ONGWEDIVA – Police in the Ohangwena Region on Friday arrested two men allegedly found in possession of two birth certificate books and a Civic Affairs stamp at the border town of Oshikango.

Police spokesperson for the region, Warrant Officer Joshua Shipateko, confirmed the arrests to Nampa yesterday.
