OSHAKATI – Oshakati Magistrate Helena Ekandjo on Monday sentenced two women to a fine of N$1 000 each for selling liquor without a licence and outside legal trading hours over the weekend.
Laimi Kauluma (19) and Ester Negumbo (27) were arrested between Sunday and Monday morning at Oshakati and Ongwediva respectively.
