THE winner of the first Bank Windhoek Cancer Apple Project recipe competition is Marcel Koekemoer from Windhoek, with a ‘honeyed apple and almond surprise’.
Ansie le Roux from Mariental won second prize with an apple pizza with dates, while an apple ring cake won third prize for Ella and Erika from Swakopmund.
