Taxi driver face assault charge

AN alleged beating dished out against a 32-year old female passengers cost a 36-year old taxi driver from Windhoek two nights in jail and N$500 in bail this week.

The man, identified as Marty Shikalepo, made his first appearance in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court on tuesday on a charge of assault with intent to do grievous bodily harm.
