A WINDHOEK businesswoman accused of trying to bribe a Receiver of Revenue official in order to clear her outstanding taxes yesterday appeared in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court for a second time .
Loiusa Engels allegedly offered an official N$40 000 to make a tax debt of N$7,7 million ‘vanish’.
