Swapo Campaigns In Bars?

CAN you kindly publish my complaint to the Secretary General of Swapo about the issue of doing campaigning in bars in the Caprivi Region.

Governor Mwilima and Councillor Mukupi are saying they were doing campaigns for the Swapo party. Can the Secretary General inform the people of the Region if this is true? Since when are Swapo party campaigns done after midnight, and to make matters worse at a local bar? May the Secretary General come out openly for the two are to have a case opened against them; to inform the peace loving Swapo supporters who don’t like campaigns in bars if really it is true. I’m sick and tired of the racial remarks and tribalism of Councillor Mukupi in such situations.May the Secretary General come out clean to inform the people in the Region what action will she take against Mwilima and Mukupi who are on the payroll of Government on the ticket of Swapo party. May the Region also be informed whether campaigns can be done in bars up to midnight and harassing police officers who are to keep law and order. Swapo party people open your eyes. For the record if you are found parking a GRN vehicle at bars after hours this can constitute a criminal charge by the ACC. Swapo must have respect for the people who voted them into power.
