TOP Namibian junior tennis player Jurgens Strydom had his first victory at the Junior Wimbledon on Wednesday when he and his doubles partner from the United Kingdom, Christopher Llewellyn, managed to beat Aly El Sherbini from Egypt and Anas Fattar from Morocco in a tight match of three sets with a score of 6-4, 6(5)-7(7) and 4-6.
Strydom had to bow out in the singles to second-seeded Leonardo Mayer from Argentina in the first round with a score of 6-4, 5-7, 6-4.
