Stock theft high on Kunene’s agenda

OPUWO – The Office of Veterinary Services, in collaboration with the Namibian Police, held a one-day workshop here on Tuesday to try and find means of minimising livestock theft in the Kunene Region.

State veterinarian, Dr Douglas Mudimba, told participants that for efforts aimed at combating livestock theft in the region to succeed, the Police, the veterinary service office and village headmen had to work together as a team.
