State House crasher due in court

WINDHOEK – A Namibian Defence Force Officer, Lieutenant Colonel John Kashihakumwe, who earlier this year crashed into a wall at State House while driving an NDF vehicle, is expected to make a second appearance in the Windhoek Magistrate’s Court today.

Kashihakumwe (42) first appeared before Windhoek Magistrate Olivia Mutjavikua in April, when his drink driving case was postponed to June 28 for further Police investigation and for him to arrange legal representation.
