SPYL has an ‘allergy’ plan

THE Swapo Party Youth League (SPYL) says all future appointments of personal assistants and private secretaries to Cabinet ministers must first be screened by the ruling party.

A decision to this effect was taken at last weekend’s SPYL Central Committee meeting.
