Sparks fly at local boxing tourney

YOUNG Namibian boxers from five different clubs exchanged thunderous blows at an exciting tournament held at the Ella Du Plessis High School at the weekend.

The clubs that were involved were the Golden Boxing Club (GBC), Jacob ‘Mistake’ Gariseb Boxing and Fitness University (JMGBFU), Sunshine Boxing and Fitness Academy (SUN), Nampol (POL) and the Abuid Kanambunga Boxing Club (AKBA).
