How did they explain so-called black economic empowerment laws? How do they balance the government’s heavy involvement in running from businesses and benefiting an elite few versus accessing technology like Starlink in the hopes of connecting Namibia’s vast landscape to the internet?
Perhaps our leaders need to learn that they cannot have their cake and eat it too.
