GABRIEL Shatiwa (60), an Oshiwambo-speaking farmer who was arrested by the Kahenge Police on Saturday, was released on bail of N$500 when he appeared in the Rundu Magistrate’s Court on Monday.
Shatiwa was not asked to plead and his case was postponed to early next year for further Police investigation.
