‘Serial thief’ in North nabbed

POLICE at Outapi have caught a 35-year-old man who is alleged to have broken into a house at Kasikili location on January 31, stealing items worth N$1 400.

Earlier that day at Oshihenge village, he is believed to have stolen four rolls of wire mesh valued at N$2 800.
