YOUTH leaders from various youth organisations in the SADC region have adopted a proposal that a SADC Youth Union should be formed.
A draft constitution for the proposed SADC Youth Union was adopted at a two-day meeting of the SADC Youth Steering Committee at Swakopmund last week.
