SADC, EU to meet in Windhoek

TRADE ministers from Southern African Development Community (SADC) countries plan to launch negotiations with the European Union on a proposed Economic Partnership Agreement in Windhoek in May.

In a statement following a meeting last month in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, they said the negotiating countries would include Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland and Tanzania.
