SAB buys Lion Nathan’s China breweries

MELBOURNE/HONG KONG (Reuters) – Global brewer SABMiller and its Chinese partner will pay US$154 million (N$1 billion) in cash and acquire debt for three Yangtze River Delta breweries, boosting their reach in the world’s top beer market.
