TRANSNAMIB has won the second round of its legal battle with former manager Bernhardt !Gaeb.Judge Elton Hoff, sitting in his capacity as President of the Labour Court, on Friday told TransNamib that the company does not have to comply with an earlier court order by the District Labour Court.
On May 16, the District Labour Court instructed TransNamib to pay !Gaeb N$468 200 .
