Richard’s wife calls it a day on her BBA blog

WHILE the housemates are getting funky with a 1970s pseudo ‘Lord of the Rings’ task, the foxy mamas and papas of the house are involved in a Shaft-like game of conspiracy and sabotage.

The house is divided into two groups, The Brotherhood, who represent good, and the Villains, who represent evil. The housemates, who have to stay in character for the entire week have got right into the swing of the groovy seventies, even down to their pink bell-bottoms and psychedelic-patterned, open-chested shirts.But while all this is going on, Richard seems to be falling harder and harder for Tatiana and is certainly making no secret of the fact.While Richard and his wife Ricki have only been married for four months, it seems the first cracks could be on the horizon.First he wanted to follow his dream and enter Big Brother.Fair enough, although some people might question her sanity in allowing him to go.But OK, he had a dream and like a good, supportive wifey, Ricki did not want to stand in his way.She supported him throughout – even setting up a blogspot on the BBA site to rally support for her man.At first Richard was adamant that he would have no romantic ties while in the house, telling all that his heart was already taken and constantly professing his love for his wife.My, what a difference a few short weeks make.Just three weeks into the competition, Richard’s resolve seems to have crumbled quicker than you can say PLAYA! Does the brother have no concept of the word COMMITMENT? Seems all it takes to make him forget his vows is a couple of shots of booze and a hot pair of legs? OK, I know Tati has one hot body! Not only that, the girl seems to have got the art of male manipulation down pat! All she has to do is look at him with those wide eyes and break out into a radiant smile and voila – the brother is hooked.I keep asking myself, could Richard really have forgotten his wife so quickly and fallen for the Angolan temptress or is he really playing a game? If he’s trying to manipulate Tatiana to secure her as an ally, he could risk being sucked in by her feminine charms.As Code remarked, Tatiana is good.She has just the right blend of vulnerability, wide-eyed innocence, sexiness and beauty to reel a man in.Even a married man.Richard has recently shown a rather possessive and jealous side to his personality.He can’t seem to stand it when any of the other male housemates pay Tatiana any attention.If he is not careful his obsession with her may just cause him to be nominated.Wonder how his supportive wife, Ricki, feels about these latest developments?
