Reckless driving claims three lives

CAR accidents in and around Windhoek claimed three lives this week. The driver of a bakkie involved in a head-on collision in Khomasdal on Wednesday morning, Emil Theron (25), has died in hospital, the latest crime bulletin states.

The driver of the other bakkie, David Francois Malan (63), died on the scene of the accident.
