THE Swapo district co-ordinator for the Berseba constituency, Willem Isaak, was found not guilty on a charge of malicious damage of property last week.

Isaak, who is also Chairman of the Berseba Village Council, was charged after he allegedly went on the rampage after sustaining an injury in a bar brawl.
