THE Police at Oshakati arrested Police Constable Jesaya Paulus in connection with a hit-and-run accident at the town.
A six-year-old boy, Titus Haipinge, was killed and his father, Werner Haipinge, was admitted to the Oshakati State Hospital with broken legs.
