A CASE in which a young man was shot dead during a tribal clash at Aminuis in the Omaheke Region in November 2006 will be referred to the Office of the Prosecutor General for it to make a decision.
Chief Inspector Sylvanus Nghishidimbwa of Nampol’s Criminal Investigation Department, who has been investigating the case, told The Namibian yesterday that the case was being referred to the PG’s Office.
