PRIME Minister Nahas Angula has called on the youth to take up the challenge of self-empowerment in order to eradicate poverty.
Addressing the Karas Regional Youth Forum (KRYF) conference at Keetmanshoop over the weekend, Angula urged young people to make use of the opportunities created by the Government to develop their regions.
