A MAN was killed with a shotgun last Monday, after an argument over the ploughing of a field at a village about 160 km east of Rundu, the Police reported this week.The deceased, 38-year-old Mathias Tiki, had allegedly threatened to kill the suspect before he was shot, the Police reported yesterday.
