TWO junior table tennis players, Rowan Newman (14) and Bregida George (15), both pupils at Windhoek Gymnasium who joined the junior development programme last year, have been promoted to join the senior league with Eliminators Table Tennis Club.
Newman and George are passionate about the sport and would like to encourage all youngsters to join.
The club offers a development clinic every Saturday from 09h00 to 12h00.
The club practises every Tuesday and Thursday from 18h30 to 20h00 at St Andrew’s Primary School in Khomasdal. Interested people can contact Theo Beukes at 081 259 9609 or Chris Joseph at 081 364 9214.
