THE Nationwide First Divisions Promotional Play-Offs slated for Otjiwarongo were cancelled last weekend, as the three first division leagues still have unresolved disciplinary hearings and related issues.
The play-offs were to determine the two promoted teams to the Namibia Premier League next season.
