Our Missing Monies

Our Missing Monies

WITH this mail I want to express my deepest sorrow about corruption in this country.Of late N$30 million dollars is still at large (just vanished into the mist). The nation is devastated by what appears to have to have been masterminded by those who shouted the loudest of all that: “The Namibian coffers are been drained by unpatriotic forces who are sabotaging this country.

Only Comrades must take over all strategic jobs”. Can they/he please repeat this again – the nation is listening.Otherwise the youth of Namibia will organise a massive march soon to State House. If I go to any bank/financial institution to borrow only N$5 000, I will be obliged to bring 150 documents plus security. No compromise, and if I even get the loan, I will be required to pay back every cent that I have borrowed as agreed upon, including interest.Failure to do this makes me guilty and the bank or particular financial institution will via the courts compel me accordingly and/or even decide to take harsher action against me.In corruption there are always two parties, the passive and the active one.The previous Social Security Board of directors and again the new ones appear to fall deliberately and intentionally into the same trap again. What also puzzles me is how a single person persuades an entire Board to invest such a large sum of money in an institution which doesn’t even have any assets. As for now all key role players, even those in the Social Security Commission, must be suspended with immediate effect. We need answers.Do not delay this case any longer, because much valuable information is destroyed by such long delays. Please, President Hifikepunye Pohamba, we beg you to keep your promise that you are serious about corruption.Concerned citizen.Via e-mailCan they/he please repeat this again – the nation is listening.Otherwise the youth of Namibia will organise a massive march soon to State House. Please, President Hifikepunye Pohamba, we beg you to keep your promise that you are serious about corruption.Concerned citizen.Via e-mail
