HAVANA – President Sam Nujoma began an official three-day visit to Cuba yesterday set to include talks with President Fidel Castro, officials said.
Nujoma, who arrived in Havana late on Tuesday, was welcomed by Foreign Investment and Cooperation Minister Marta Lomas and Deputy Foreign Minister Jose Guerra Menchero.
