PARLIAMENT was unable to hold a session yesterday afternoon due to a conspicuous absence of members from the Executive, resulting in insufficient numbers of MPs with voting rights.

Of the 78 MPs in the House, only 72 have voting rights and if 37 MPs with voting rights are present, that is called a quorum.
