WINDHOEK – The Chairman of the National Council, Kandindima (Kandy) Nehova, has been elected as Africa’s representative to the Commonwealth Parliamentary Association’s Executive Committee.
Nehova, who is the regional councillor for the Ongwediva Constituency, will represent Africa on the body for three years.
