Need Action In Okahandja

Need Action In Okahandja

I AM sick and tired of this municipality and I really want ACC to read my letter in order to take appropriate action.

What happens in Okahandja is a daylight robbery. I am working in Walvis Bay and have a house in Okahandja and since I am single my house stays locked, but whenever I return I have to pay water bill of between N$300 and N$400 and I am tired of this.
The houses are fitted with water meters, yet they are useless because the municipality doesn’t take any readings, as they believe in estimates according to which they charge us. This is really unfair and must be stopped.
I call on the management to take drastic action before it gets too late and I call on the residents of this town not to be taken for granted.
Please ACC, find out why the meters are not read to facilitate proper invoicing, and as we the ratepayers are paying, why can’t they employ meter readers as other towns are doing?
