THE National Council went into recess last week after reviewing and passing the 2006/2007 Appropriation Bill, which Finance Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila described as pro-poor and pro-growth.
Swapo’s Jhonny Hakaye, who is the ruling party’s Chief Whip in the Council, said the NC would be in recess until further notice.
