A total of 10 employees of Namibia Breweries Limited (NBL) recently graduated from various management development programmes of the University of Stellenbosch Business School.
Their participation in the programmes was part of ‘NBL’s strategic objective to grow people and this is in line with our corporate values,’ says the company’s Talent Manager, Julia Muetudhana.She adds that the company also involved itself in the management programmes in order continuously enhance the capacity of employees to produce results, and ‘to have a strong leadership pipeline that will ensure sustainable success and continuity of the business’.
