FORMER Deputy Prisons Minister Jeremiah Nambinga quietly resigned from Parliament at the end of last week, the Speaker of the National Assembly Theo-Ben Gurirab has confirmed.
“I was away on an official mission until the end of the week, but the Deputy Speaker, Doreen Sioka, informed me about his resignation on my return,” Gurirab told The Namibian.
