NAMIBIA had a firm grip on their ICC Intercontinental qualifying match against Nepal yesterday, after declaring at 238 on the last day of their second innings at Wanderers, but rain stopped play.

Namibia’s team manager Francois Erasmus said it appeared unlikely for Nepal to beat the Namibians and a draw or win was predicted for the home side.
