Approached for comment, Secretary to the National Assembly, Moses Ndjarakana, could not say how many MPs were expected to lend a hand. The construction of the railway project started in late 2002 and is part of Namibia’s National Development Plan Two (NDP II) and Vision 2030.Those MPs who take part are also expected to stop over at Berg Aukas in the Grootfontein District to familiarise themselves with a youth gardening project, an initiative of the National Youth Service.- NampaThe construction of the railway project started in late 2002 and is part of Namibia’s National Development Plan Two (NDP II) and Vision 2030.Those MPs who take part are also expected to stop over at Berg Aukas in the Grootfontein District to familiarise themselves with a youth gardening project, an initiative of the National Youth Service.- Nampa
