Mogotsi replaces Kapia at Works

PRESIDENT Hifikepunye Pohamba on Friday appointed National Council MP Stephanus Mogotsi as the new Deputy Minister of Works, Transport and Communication.

Mogotsi replaces Paulus Kapia, who resigned in August amidst controversy surrounding his role in an investment scam involving the Social Security Commission (SSC) and the now liquidated Avid Investment Corporation.
