THE salary package of Keith Kennedy, the managing director of Mutual & Federal (M&F), surged to N$3,9 million despite the insurer’s reporting a loss of N$146 million in the year to December 2008. After five months as managing director, Kennedy’s 2007 package stood at N$2,3 million. Earlier this year, M&F said investment income had declined 117 per cent, from N$850 million in 2007 to a loss of N$146 million.
