JOHANNESBURG – Mexico midfielder Gerardo Torrado says his team needs to emphasise intelligence over passion to overcome Argentina in the second round of the World Cup.
Torrado called Argentina forward Lionel Messi ‘the best or one of the best in the world’ but cautioned that ‘he alone is not Argentina.’Torrado says ‘we have to be intelligent and not go loco, work together to be able to cancel this individual skill.’The teams play at Johannesburg’s Soccer City on Sunday.
