Mel B and sister Danielle’s two year silence

It’s not unusual for celebrity siblings to have a falling out and not speak for years.

And former Spice Girl, Mel B and her younger sister Danielle have proved to be no different – having not spoken for two years.Danielle recently revealed the reason behind their row – and admitted that she longs for nothing more than a reconciliation with her famous sibling.Speaking to OK! magazine, Danielle (30) said she and Mel (35) have not spoken for two years after they fell out over her opinion about her new husband Stephen Belafonte.And she added that her sister, who has been living in Los Angeles since 2003, had also not been in contact with the rest of their family and friends and that she was ‘sick of pretending’ everything was okay.She said: ‘Our family had concerns about her husband Stephen. Ever since we expressed those concerns, we’ve not heard anything from her.’Danielle wouldn’t go into detail about what triggered the family’s concern as it was ‘too upsetting’.But she added: ‘I just hope I will speak to Melanie again because she’s my only sister. I miss her and my nieces ridiculously. It hurts.’Danielle and her fiancé George Lee live in Surrey with three-year-old daughter Mimi and baby son Hendrick – who Danielle believes Mel doesn’t even know exists.She said: ‘I don’t think she even knew I was pregnant.
