Mbeki thrilled by Theron triumph

JOHANNESBURG – President Thabo Mbeki has congratulated Oscar winner and local Benoni girl Charlize Theron who won the best actress Oscar on Sunday for her dramatic transformation into a murderous prostitute in ‘Monster’.
