Man on kidnapping charge

A MAN appeared in the Okahao Magistrate’s Court yesterday on charges of kidnapping and attempted murder, the Police reported yesterday.

Kalenga Timotheus Nakale (28) is accused of forcing Hilya Diana Kapembe into his car at Tsandi village in the Uukwaluudhi area on Thursday.
