Man claims to be B1 Butcher

A 50-year-old man was arrested at Otjiwarongo on Tuesday after he told various people that he was responsible for the murder of a woman whose head and arms were found at Grootfontein on Monday.

One of the women that he told the story to, a cashier at a shop in Otjiwarongo, had to be hospitalised and treated for shock.
