A 24 year old man from Oshivelo will appear in the Tsumeb Magistrate’s Court today charged with raping two boys.
Police spokesman Inspector Hannes !Naruseb said yesterday that the boys, aged eight and nine, were raped at the Oshivelo settlement on Friday afternoon. * Two drownings were also reported to the Police.The first one occurred at Okalale Village in the Ongandjera area on Friday afternoon.A three-year-old boy drowned in a well near his house while playing with friends.Yesterday morning a man, estimated to be around 35 years old, drowned in the water canal at Okafakoushongo Village in the Uukolonkadhi area.* Two drownings were also reported to the Police.
