Local bank vies for top award

BANK Windhoek was recently chosen as one of seven short-listed candidates for the African Bank of the Year Award, which was presented at the first annual African Banker Awards ceremony held in Washington on October 18.

Ecobank Transnational of West Africa emerged as the winner.
