FIRST of all, I want to congratulate Comrade Hidipo Hamutenya on his comeback to Parliament.My question is, why should the lawmakers allow all those benefits to be bestowed on the former president, while there are people in this country who are living below the breadline? Or do they want to tell us that the poor do not deserve a piece of the national cake? I want to ask them again, when are they going to stop laughing at the poor, because it all seems like a big joke to them, especially looking at the way they are passing laws like the ‘Founding Father Act’.
If possible, can the Prime Minister please tell us when the poor are going to receive what they deserve? Is it 100 years or one month in the future? JU Ombili
