Last chance to enter Nam’s first reality show

‘JUST Fabulous’, the non-surgical makeover show which will be broadcast on One Africa Television from March 8 at 20h00, is the first locally produced reality show.

In conjunction with Dikaios Wellness and Slimming Salon, ‘Just Fabulous’ will select six contestants to undergo a 13-week holistic transformation. Together with main sponsors Bank Windhoek and Aqualand Agricultural Specialists, the producers of the programme will take six people from around the country through a hectic schedule of nutritional advice, biokinetics sessions, various facial treatments including a non-surgical face lift, exclusive slimming treatments, hair and make-up advice, consultations from fashion stylists and life coaches in addition to ongoing medical support. The ‘Just Fabulous’ producers want to use the programme to educate viewers on the healthy lifestyle changes they can make to improve the quality of their daily lives. The six contestants will be closely watched to reveal each of their individual struggles and successes. At the end of the 13-week makeover all contestants are guaranteed to emerge much healthier, fitter, more confident and better equipped with life skills, enabling each of them to realise their full potential, whether it be in their careers, their homes or their social lives. ‘Just Fabulous’ viewers will get to vote for their favourite contestants until one person emerges as the winner. Those watching at home stand the chance to win a range of prizes for voting and taking up the challenge along with the contestants. The winner of the competition will be given a brand new Hyundai i10 to use for a year, with free fuel for the entire year courtesy of Shell Namibia. Bank Windhoek, as one of the sponsors, will be actively involved in this transformational process by training the contestants on matters of personal financial planning and public presentation skills. ‘When Bank Windhoek was approached with a proposal for us to support the idea of developing a locally produced wellness reality TV show, we immediately saw the value this would add to the lives of many Namibians. We believe that wellness should also extend to your finances, and that each Namibian deserves to live a life of financial wellness,’ says Marlize Horn; Senior Manager of Marketing and Corporate Communication Services of Bank Windhoek.Aqualand Agricultural Specialists will provide practical training in self-sustaining vegetable production, the benefits of organic food and the potential of agricultural development opportunities in Namibia. The closing date for entries is today, so if you are between the ages of 18 and 55 and would like to enter, go to www.oneafrica.tv to download an entry form. Entries cost N$100.
